Friday evening we had a group of friends over for a Christmas party… in my horribly lit house. So please excuse the quality of these pictures…
Audrey chopping up the potatoes
Corie, Joe, and Erika. Erika just had a baby 10 days ago! Gracie didn’t make it to the party though, because of the bad weather. She’s coming to visit tomorrow, instead!
My brother Wes, with Audrey’s daughter Olivia… If we were Catholic she’d be our goddaughter
The kids. I may have to Photoshop Gracie in.
Opening presents. We have the sweetest friends!
Olivia opening the car keys we got her
I showed him these pictures on my camera right after I took them, and he said, “That is great blog material right there… ‘Before sending the girls to bed, they had fun playing with Wes in their room.’ There is your caption.”
Olivia spent the night with us that night so that we didn’t have to wake her up to go home. I love having her here!
I LOVE this picture… Olivia sitting peacefully amongst chaos.
So, the party was lots of fun and so was having an adorable, sweet baby for awhile.
Saturday evening we went to a Christmas dinner with my dad’s “dad” ’s side of the family. We hadn’t gotten together with them for the holidays in about 5 years so it was really nice to see everyone. I'll post pictures from that when I get them.
Yesterday we went to my Nanaw and Papaw’s house (my dad’s mom and stepdad’s) for a Christmas party. I’ve got lots of pictures from there so I will post about that in a bit.

It looks like everybody had a great time! Great pictures!
I love that hat at the end!! I need one like that for Emerson!! Where oh where did you get it!
Lovely pictures! I love the fact that your brother isn't afraid to play with girly things with his nieces. They'll always love him for that! Too cute! Merry Christmas to your sweet family!!
Gorgeous pictures! Looks like they have a very cool uncle and several others watching over them! That's what friends are for!
Love the pictures!! All the little girls are cuties!! Glad the girls enjoyed their Uncle, there is nothing like uncles.
Great Pictures.. I had to laugh at your bad lighting comment.. I always feel the need to put up a disclosure that says something like, "I was not attempting professional photography. I was using my flash to insure that I captured the moment"..
Loving all the photos girl! Looks like such a fun time. If I don't pop in before the weekend, I want to wish you guys a merry Christmas!
