A Day of Playing and Learning

On Thursday, my mom and I took Summer and Camryn to the science museum. We spent a lot of our time in the Kid Zone area. The girls really got into playing in the life-size bus and airplane and space ship.

There is also a really great water area with all kinds of pipes and water toys. They loved being able to splash around and play.

This polar bear and a second one have been at the museum for a long time. I remember being a small child and being amazed at how huge they were. Now, my kids are looking up at them and saying, "WOW!"

A nap on the way home = success.

What a great museum! My oldest would have a field day with the polar bear display. I love the snow(shoe)footprints in your banner.

Looks like a fun place.
And that final picture is just priceless! But tell me, how do you get your girls to wear tights? I can only get Autumn to wear them on special occasions, and even then, she's itching to get them off again. LOL

Looks like a fun place to go. Looks like they wore themselves out playing, that does always = success. Sorry I have been away and haven't sent you pictures or commented. Zoe has been sick, Bryan's been sick, real estate has suddenly started booming in ATL again, shopping takes up my time. I usually read everyone's blogs, etc while we were slow at work but man, today is the first day I have been able to catch up in a while. I will get with you soon.
