I told her she looked beautiful and she was very proud of herself. I think the turquoise really brings out her eyes…
Oh, childhood. Do you think anyone would look at me funny if I blew bubbles in my milk?
I finally ordered two camera strap covers from AKA Creations on Etsy. Cute, eh?
The new shed is almost finished… just needs a few coats of paint, a door, and shingles.
Here’s what I have to look at every day until we tear it down…
The mess is our fault, but everything else is Troy’s… whoever that is.
I have to brag about Summer for a minute. I forgot to mention the results of our parent-teacher conference a few weeks ago. Her teacher told us she was the kindest person she’s ever met – and she’s been teaching for 18 years!
She got a little report card, and got all pluses, academically and socially. Her teacher added extra pluses to the “kind to others” box. We couldn’t be prouder of her. She is definitely a special little girl.
My. house. is. a. wreck. We have so many projects going on…
We got our surround sound a few weeks ago but still need to run the wires through the attic and down the wall.
It’s impossible to keep the house clean when you have all this stuff lying around and everything is covered in a layer of drywall dust. I can’t wait till it’s all finished.
Camryn doesn’t seem to care about the mess. Give her a cell phone loaded with Paper Toss and she’s good to go!

LOVE that first shot - I also love the one of her looking up at the camera. So sweet.
Good job to Summer. I know you both have to be very proud. Cute pictures as always.
Beautiful photography. I feel your pain about all the projects. We have a few unfinished ones also.
I love the one of her looking up at the camera. Also, are the speakers around a piece of artwork or is that some type of hidden television? Regardless, it's pretty.
