Yesterday, we went to Bass Pro Shop with Joe’s dad. The girls love to go there because there’s so much to look at. Their favorite thing is the big fish tank with the giant cat fish.
Summer told us a few months ago that she wanted a pink gun so she could shoot deer like her daddy. It’s something I have learned to accept, being married to a man that is about 1/3 redneck.
We were walking around in the hunting section yesterday when Joe spotted a pink pellet gun. He showed Summer and she said, “That’s just like what I wanted!”
Summer: Can I get that gun?
Me: What would you do with it?
Summer: Shoot deers.
Me: And then what?
Summer: Ummmm, cut them up and cook them for dinner.
Me: Maybe when you get bigger…
Summer: No, we need to find a 4T gun for me, and a 3T gun for Camryn, and a 25 gun for Daddy, and a 24 gun for you!
