Braving the Cold

After preschool and a trip to Target, Summer and Camryn begged me to take them to the park. It was freezing cold, but I felt bad for not taking them in what seemed like months, and the sun was out, so I did.

They had a lot of fun in the 15 minutes I was able to bare standing there freezing my behind off.

Their coat colors are horrible to photograph. I’ll have to keep that in mind when we get next year’s coats!

The moral of this story… sometimes you have to force yourself to do things like going to the park when the wind chill is 25 degrees, because the fun your kids will have and the energy they will get out of their systems is priceless.

I always love your pictures. I'd love to go to the park but I'm sure it's incased in ice. Seeing your girls at the park makes me feel like spring is on the way.(I hope!)

Great pics! I love the first and last especially.

You can't even tell that Summer cut her hair. That bow is really cute.

They don't look cold at all. Kids are tough like that. I love the picture of Summer jumping off the step. Lots of fun color in it.
