Mother’s Day

My Mother’s Day was wonderful. Joe and the girls brought me breakfast and coffee in bed, and then this afternoon we went to my parents’ house. We spent the day outside grilling hamburgers and hot dogs, talking about our upcoming vacation (and worrying about how much the oil spill will impact our trip), planting tomato and green pepper plants, and roasting marshmallows.IMG_5862editIMG_5868edit IMG_5867editIMG_5870editIMG_5871editIMG_5872editIMG_5878editIMG_5879editIMG_5884editIMG_5895editIMG_5898editIMG_5904editIMG_5906editIMG_5917editI am so lucky to have these beautiful daughters and the best mom ever. I am also lucky to know all of you great moms. I hope each of you had a really wonderful Mother’s Day, too!

Oh, I'm loving all these pics! Looks like a great time! You mentioned having the best mom, but I'd also like to throw in a plug--not only is she super sweet, but I've always thought your mom was so beautiful, too! Looks like your girls had a great day!
