Joe, myself, and the girls went to the mall today. Our only objective was to eat lunch. We did that, plus... got new tennis shoes, used up my Bath & Body works gift card, had some yummy Starbucks, and... got Summer's ears pierced!
She got little pink daisy earrings. She has been talking about earrings and getting her ears pierced ever since she was old enough to notice mine, so we decided to go ahead and let her have them. She loves them! She was showing them off to the guys that work in Foot Locker.
Here's my new shoes...
I'm so excited. I haven't bought any new tennis shoes in probably two years. I've been wearing flip flops and generic Uggs, it's going to take awhile to get used to having arch support again. The best tennis shoes I've ever had were some Shox I got about 5 years ago, so I decided to get them again.
Joe got a service call while we were there so we had to leave earlier than we wanted to. He's on his way home now, and Camryn is napping. Summer is supposed to be napping but she won't stay in bed so she is wandering around the house trying to stay quiet so I won't make her go back in her room.
I have a ton of laundry to put away so I'll end this now. Have a great weekend!
