Whole Lotta Nothin

I think I quit. I do not want to buy a house. I never wanted to buy one anyway. Who needs a house these days? They are so much trouble. You have to do things like pay extra taxes and cut grass.

Ugh. That didn't work. I still want the house.

Realtors should hand out Xanax at the first meeting.

Not only are we having issues with our loan, but now there are issues with who owns the title on the house. We are meeting with a new mortgage broker on Wednesday. Cross your fingers that he makes good things happen, quickly.

I got the kids up at 7:30 so that we could have the kids at the vet at 9. My mom was nice enough to go with me, so that she could help me carry the cats in and stay in the car with the kids. The vet was in a bit of shock at how big Jack is. Here soon I'm going to have to post a picture of Jack and Nova side by side, to show the size difference. Jack is the size of a small bobcat. He may very well be mixed with some type of wild animal.

My blog friend, Brittany has recently started a blog for her photography called Silent Stories. She is also selling her work here. You can order prints, or choose your favorite picture on a mug, postcard, magnet, etc. Please go check it out, she is very skilled and has taken some beautiful pictures.

Well, tomorrow is my birthday. I don't know how it happened. Last year, I told everyone I was just going to stay 21 for a few years, but here I am getting told, "Happy birthday!" again. I know you're going to laugh, but 22 sounds really old to me. Not that 22-year-olds are old, just for myself, I don't feel like I should be 22 yet. We're not going to be doing anything too big to celebrate. My aunt Susan is going to watch the girls while my mom and I have lunch tomorrow, and then in the evening Joe and I and Summer and Camryn are going to my parents house. My mom is going to cook my favorite meal, pepper steak, and we'll have cake and ice cream.

Sorry for the lack of cute kid pictures lately. My camera's memory card is full. I have no idea how that happened, because I think it can hold around 600 pictures. I sense an $80 picture developing bill soon.

Time to vacuum, dust, fold clothes, mop, sweep, and put away toys. Yes, I slacked off a bit this weekend! Have a great Monday!

ETA: Camryn woke up with no fever this morning! Yay for well babies and no doctor visits!

Just in case I don't get around to saying Happy Birthday Tomorrow....HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! hehehehe!

You crack me up about the house.. LOL
The people selling the house should have their shit together before they put it on the market so issues don't arise in the buying process....but that would make too much sense wouldn't it LOL!

I have you name entered into the contest :)

I hope you get the details of the house worked out so you can get it. And soon!

How is the baby doing? Is she feeling any better?

I just developed pics at Walgreens online. They had a good sale. But I didn't really like the paper they were developed on. It was so thin. I think I'll stick with Wal-mart.

Oh, and Happy early Birthday.

Ugh on the house drama. I agree that the title should have been figured out before the house was up for sale! I really like the blog redesign, too.

Happy early birthday. 22, huh? In no time you'll be turning 28 and wondering where your twenties went!

We've never gone the homebuying route, but I do pray it works out for you guys!! Hang in there.

Yeah, I used to think 22 sounded old, too....wait until you reach your 30's...22 will sound like it was a million years away and that THAT was when you were your youngest.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! How sweet to have a Mama that will cook you your favorite meal. I am blessed with one like that and a MIL like that, too.

xoxo, Veronica in CA

I hated when we bought our house...it seemed as if they made us jump through hoops just to buy it. Good luck!!

Happy birthday!! Of course, now I feel really old since I will be 44 in 2 weeks...lol.

You're still a baby! Now I'm really looking at my wrinkles in the glare on my laptop screen right now, feeling a lot older than I did before I read your post. Thanks! LOL

Hope your birthday is great!!!

Hang in there with the house. It can be a long drawn out process, but so worth it in the end. If it's meant to be it will be!

Tomorrow is Nathan's Birthday too!!!

Should have read ahead... lol. So glad she is better.

And 22 old?? Try 26.. yeah.. that's not old either. I'm finding the older I get the younger my parents seem. Is that normal? Oh well. I guess age is just a number... even if that number does seem to get bigger and older.

I hope you have a very happy birthday!

You may now be 22 year old, but you're a darn one! Gosh, it feels like I was that age last year, but where has the time gone? I'll be 30 this year.

But, I stand by what my dad always says, "You're only as old as you act." And, I'll forever act 20-something.

Thanks for stopping by. I love your blog, especially the black chunky letters in your header. I'm going over to check your friend Brittany's site now.

Ta ta.

looking for a house is stressful (but just wait, moving s*cks even more!!) but it will be so wonderful to move in one day. and it will be so much more special because of this God-trusting journey you have been on!
