Floors and Lights

Friday evening, Joe and his dad installed the new floor in the kitchen/dining room. Here is a before picture in case you don't remember what it looked like:

I haven't gotten to see it in person yet, so I can't wait to go over there this evening.

Thursday, Joe ran the electrical wires in the ceiling and cut the holes for the recessed lights in the kitchen. I cannot wait until they are all put in, I love the lights we picked out.


Up next: Moving the plumbing to the other side of the kitchen, so that we can put the sink under the window, installing the rest of the light fixtures, and getting the carpet put in!
