I always see these pregnancy “quizzes” in blog posts and usually I’m like, “Oh, another one.” So I didn’t think I’d do any on here. But, now that I’m the pregnant one and because I want to remember things, I’m being a hippocrate. I thought I’d liven up an otherwise boring post with some pictures I took yesterday and today.
How far along? 23 weeks and 3 days
Total weight gain/loss: I lost 11 lbs the first few months from throwing up all day every day… I’ve gained back about 8 of them so far.
Sleep: It hurts to turn over and I have to sleep with a body pillow between my legs.
Food cravings: Nothing in particular. But when I decide I want something, I have to have it asap!
Movement: Lots of kicks and moving around. He’s getting strong! We can now feel him from the outside.
Gender: a boy
Stretchmarks: I already have them all around my belly button from the girls, I’m sure this time around I’ll get some more to add to the collection.
Belly Button in or out? Half-way out so far
What I miss: coffee, feta and goat cheese, wine, walking without feeling pain in my private parts
What I am looking forward to: Decorating his room; the baby shower my family insists on throwing me in November.
Symptoms: A little heartburn that comes and goes, sore back and hips, sharp pain when I walk or lift my legs. I was having headaches every day but they seem to have eased up.
Milestones: Almost at 6 months now.
Weekly Wisdom: Hmm. I keep reminding myself to be conscious of what I feel like right now, and what pregnancy is like, for me because this is definitely going to be the last time I go through it.
Emotions: Words can’t describe my excitement over completing our family and having our little boy join us in a few short months. I am so anxious to have him here already. You would think I would be nervous about having three kids but I’m not at all… I just know he’s going to fit in perfectly!

I am so happy for you! I'm sorry to hear about the pains and headaches. I hope the rest of the pregnancy can go fast so you can meet your little guy!
